Hi there!!

Are you looking for a safe space where you can be yourself, say the messy stuff outloud, and feel heard without judgement? Do you want genuine connection? You're in the right place!!

I'm Annie, a Licensed Professional Counselor. I believe therapy is most meaningful when you feel safe to be fully yourself. My approach is grounded in trust, collaboration, and creativity. I’ll meet you where you are without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where you can be honest, ask questions, laugh, cry, and talk about the hard things. Therapy can be meaningful and transformative, but it can also be human, relaxed, and even a little funny sometimes. You don’t have to show up as your “best self” here, you can just show up as you.

Expressive Arts

Somatic Therapy

My training in C-PTSD focuses on understanding how traumatic experiences can shape emotions, relationships, behaviors, and the nervous system.

Supporting grief and loss means creating space to process the many emotions that can arise after a significant loss and to navigate the changes that follow.

Creative approaches to therapy, such as art, music, and writing, can offer meaningful ways to explore emotions and experiences.

Somatic therapy brings attention to the mind-body connection, helping clients notice physical sensations and better understand how stress, emotions, and past experiences may show up in the body.
