Anxiety
Anxiety is a natural response to stress and uncertainty, but when it starts to feel constant or overwhelming, it can affect your thoughts, relationships, sleep, and everyday life. You might find yourself overthinking, feeling on edge, struggling to relax, or having a hard time staying present.

Therapy can be a space to slow things down, understand where your anxiety may be coming from, and explore the patterns that keep it going. Together, we can work with curiosity and compassion to help you feel more grounded and prepared to handle whatever life throws at you.

LGBTQIA+ Community
Figuring out who you are can be an intense process. As a Queer or Trans person, navigating your identity can come with even more obstacles. Coming out, relationships, family dynamics, even discrimination can be incredibly overwhelming and something you may have to experience. You might find yourself questioning where you belong or struggling to feel fully comfortable being yourself.

You are safe here. Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to explain, defend, or hide who you are. Together, we can explore your identity, while working through challenges that may be affecting your relationships, self-esteem, or sense of belonging. Our goal is to support you in feeling more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself. Exactly as you are.

Expressive Arts Therapy
Sometimes it can be hard to put what's going on into words. With expressive arts therapy, we use creative outlets like music, drawing, painting, sculpting, watching movie clips, and more to help therapeutic processing. No artistic talent is needed to try this kind of therapy (seriously, give yourself permission to make "bad," or maybe even the worst art you've ever made). Expressive arts therapy is about the process, not the product.Â
